The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure KMP photography services for your scheduled event/session. This deposit ensures your booking and compensates KMP for reserving the date and turning away other potential clients.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your services. However, if the Client cancels or reschedules the event/session for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

By sending your deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding the non-refundable deposit.
